¿ªÔÆÌåÓýAllen,My guess is that your attempt to lower the outfeed table is being thwarted by the limit stops that are implicit in the lever-arm that adjusts the table height. ?Specifically the bolt and locknuts that are called out in the following photo: I have been here myself. ?You might acquaint with this series where I discuss replacing the adjustment knob with a Kipp lever to get better leverage on the bar that must rotate to raise/lower the table. ?? Once you get your head around how this contraption works and is limited in its movement, you take the lever-arm assembly off the machine, turn it 180-degrees and reattach the lever-armt onto the bar such that the lever arm is pointing in the opposite direction - toward the infeed area. ?With the lever-arm mounted this way, it has no restriction on movement and you can then see if you can manipulate the arm and get the table to budge. ?¡°Work it baby.¡± ? Once you get that system loosened up, you can reinstall the lever-arm in the correct orientation, but also make adjustment to the nuts that limit it¡¯s travel such that you have enough lever-arm movement to affect the height adjustments. ?These are the nuts I¡¯m talking about: Hope this helps.
