Re: AD741 stuck outfeed table vintage 2006

Hello,

My AD741 is a newer model and the entire system of lowering/raising the outfeed table seems to have changed (there is no longer a nicely adjustable lever arm as in you case, the new adjustment is way inferior, not sure why they changed it), but I was wondering if your system already has the locking bolt on the front (see attached photo)??

On my unit this needs to be loosened or else the bar that rotates will not move and the outfeed table will not budge. This nut is essentially the exention of the rod I need to rotate in order to adjust the table. That being said, one problem is that,? once the adjustment?is made and you tighten this bolt, the act of tightening will alter the table's height enough to mess up your adjustment.? Really frustrating.?

Does your machine have this bolt/nut in the front?

Regards,

Cornelius?
