Not sure where you are on this project but I have gotten a bit serious on this mod for my K975. If Felder offers DRO on rip fence for your machine, the parts to mount sensor may be in your exploded diagrams.?I checked mine and the sensor bracket is $9 for my fence, not in stock so will be couple of months to get it.
I believe, it is designed for Siko DRO but the sensor mounting dimensions are compatible with Faima MT sensor. The biggest diff is that MT body is ~2mm wider, so the sensor may sit a bit high against the magnetic banding (in operation). Work in progress, just thought I share.
