Re: 3rd row seat/bed assembly.
The MV and Weekender rear seat is the same...folds out into a bed. A recycler would be your best bet. The GLS seat is the same width but with more contours and does not make into a sleeper. The camper

Re: Replacing screens on slider windows
Karen. A slight bead with a hot glue gun can do the job. More than a slight bead and it will look like gobs. Bob W.

Norcold replacement for EVC?
Hi all, I've fought my share of battles with the Norcold in my '97 EVC. It works fine on shore power, fine (although for a very short period of time if not charging) on DC, terribly sporadically on

Re: Replacing screens on slider windows
Hi Karen, I have not replaced any screens in my EVCs yet, but I did have new screens made (custom job) for a rental property with non-standard windows. It's an easy gig that surprised me greatly. In

Odd Smell
I was in error on the shipping costs. Lo siento mucho. Still 76 bucks for a 144 dollar part muffler. Still looking for other options.... Adam

Re: EVC fridge maintenance in San Jose, CA
Some people say the job is easy. But some say it is not. For me I don't even know how to start it. I think I should let experienced people do it. Or I may create more damage... than fixing the

Re: More Norcold woes...
Hi Forest, I didn't catch any previous post or mention that you were having odor issues with your Norcold. I did a quick search on your name in the archives, but didn't see any posts relating to this.

Re: 3-way fridge
If the battery is running down while driving, you have a charging issue. Could be a weak alternator, a bad isolation solenoid, bad connection, etc. First things first: Remove and clean the coach

Re: More Norcold woes...
YES!! John, this was the confirmation I was hoping for! I will be doing that slosh/burp routine this weekend. Plus, this will be my first time to remove a Norcold, so I am looking forward to seeing

The exact shipping charge $262.35 on my $373.59 order for a total of $635.93. Yes that's very ODD!! Joe

Re: Odd smell
I just tried placing a order for both mufflers, 2 clamps, 3 "O" rings and 3 sensors. Shipping was like $269 alone. I don't remember the exact figure that brought my $373 order to way over $600.

Re: Odd smell
Wait a minute. Where did that shipping estimate come from? I had two mufflers shiped from Steve in California to Maryland and the charge was a reasonable $60. Did you ask for the muffler to be shipped

Re: Odd smell
The shipping charges on the muffler are a rip-off IMO. I just called Go Westy last week and they charge less to ship the whole lift kit including tires and wheels. Look for another source--I think

Re: missig bellypan
Bob, I have made calls and sent emails to recyclers in Texas, Washington, California, Alaabama and NY. So far no luck. A mechanic left it off and then the car went into storage for the winter. Of

Re: More Norcold woes...
Garrett, In the past I had a fridge that did exactly what you are talking about. A refrigeration mechanic advised to slide it out and turn it upside down rock it back and forth a few times and let it
