Turns out Jettas have the same problem. It is the turn signal switch, I guess the contacts get dirty and creates a slight voltage path, Now I need to pull the steering wheel to clean the turn signal

H2/8 refers to the plug and pin # at the back of the fuse block. So H2 is plug in position H2 and 8 is the corresponding pin/wire of that plug. Here’s an example from my files of the plug sequencing

If your 95 is original, the convertor installed is made by Magnatek. This provides ~12 volts to charge your leisure battery when connected to shore power, and 12-ish volts to the other 12 volt outlets
