Can you find the source of the clicking under the passenger seat? Could be a relay, if a relay you may be able to jumper there. If it were the starter solenoid the clicking would be from the front

What is the voltage on your main/starter battery? Did you/they perform a check on the battery? Did you try to jump start it? Just because there is a click at that seat... that may/may not be the
