If a starter interlock issue you could fire the starter ¡°manually¡± by jumping the small wire terminal on the starter to the battery + post.? I used to do this just by crossing that and the big + cable post
with a wrench but it really sparks.? I now have a push-button wired up to some jumper cables for when I am testing things and need to crank (such as compression tests and such).

If you have any crank power at all that should turn the starter as it bypasses any and all other wiring.? Make sure the key is in the run position since it will even crank without a key in¡
