I hope this schematic addition in the files section helps towards you resolving your current build issues.
For your interest I have in my current RELS " threading" section both Metric and Imperial screw cutting choices.
My lathe has metric leadscrews and all RELS menus work OK, I mention this as I read? you were concerned this mix of Metric/Imperial was maybe the cause of your non operative problems.
Through the last years I have added new tapers 1, 1.6, 2, 10,? 20,? 30.? 45, (MAX ANGLE)? degrees? and a vast selection of off the wall very fine thread pitches?needed

not in conformity to the International Thread standards at that time. Now they use the ISO 965 which is the latest standards.
I believe the early Datsun circa 1960 -1975?s were a nightmare for finding replacement nuts bolts etc unless they were produced by Datsun. OE.
I have purposely not uploaded to the Files section my latest? V5 data or H files to include these additions.
These "add ons" can be easily?added on a "if needed basis" by the individual RELS users.
