You can address it to another D-RATS station and it will use the path (RF or network) where D-RATS finds the target callsign. You can also send it via Winlink. the email working, but was wondering

Yes, click New and you will see the ICS213. You fille in the form and only the data is sent. It populates the form on the other end for display or printing under html as an actual ICS213 form. You

Try this: Stop all instances of D-RATS running on machines on your local network. On the machine running the repeater, delete all connections in the D-RATS program except the one for localhost

There is a "trust local host" control in d-rats_repeater configuration. If it is checked and it's still not connecting from localhost, then something on the local machine is blocking or interfering
