There is a "trust local host" control in d-rats_repeater configuration. If it is checked and it's still not connecting from localhost, then something on the local machine is blocking or interfering with the connection.

No connection from localhost (127.0.0.1) the connection is refused.I have tried two different windows machines and three different debain machines. turned off all network firewall options, it just will not play nice in the sand box.
