Just a follow up. I email working in both directions now. I created two Email Access rules on PC #2 (the one that runs the ratflector:
Rule #1:
Callsign = {my callsign}
Access = Both
Email Filter = {blank}
Rule #2
Callsign = {my callsign}
Access = Incoming
Email Filter = {the email address that I have set up in D-RATS on PC #1]
When I added rule #1 I was able to send messages out, but not back in. Rule #2 causes messages that come in to the email address that I specify in the rule to be forwarded to the call sign in rule 2.
I have been sending test messages out all afternoon, and it seems to work without a problem.
