Hi, I'm new to D-Star and D-Rats and not sure if it will be of use to me here in the UK.
I can't get D-Rats to work, I've changed the settings to the ones that Marius suggests to use the USB connector.? I don't have the optional OPC cable for my 9700. When I start the D-Rats program I get an error message "RAT: Unable to connect (Unable to connect ([Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it)).? The COM: seems to be connecting though, see attached screenshot.
Any advice as to how to cure this error please?
