D-RATS talks “Winlink-ese” directly to either an internet winlink server like server.winlink.org or to an RMS server over the air. To do what you want, you will have to set up an RMS server at your base station. I have never experimented with RMS servers other than connecting to one, so it is out of my knowledge base to give you any more information than that. I am sure that you can use the Winlink site and online groups to get the information you need about setting up an RMS server.
Right. I know there is a setting for using Winlink, I have sent Winlink e-mails, I just want to try to send from my mobile to my base radio, then to Winlink via telnet in DRats.
