I went into One Drive settings by clicking the little cloud icon on the bottom right corner.? I clicked "More" and then "Settings".? I went to the "Backup" tab and selected "Manage Backup".? From there I removed my desktop as a backed-up folder on One Drive.? After I did this the D-RATS Shared folder disappeared so I made another one.? After that I was able to start D-RATS.??
