Problem installing d-rats

George Zafiropoulos #1514 I want to run D-RATS on my win 10 laptop.? I downloaded the version on the d-star web page and installed it.? The mapping and repeater programs launch but when I try to run the main D-RATS program it fails with this message... What am I doing wrong? George

Mike, N0SO All Messages By This Member #1520 开云体育 Is there a folder named ‘D-RATS Shared’ on you desktop?? If not, try creating one. That’s what the error messages says it’s looking for. You also probably want to make sure the Desktop is not on a ‘cloud’ drive. I’m not sure if d-rats can handle that or not. Chris N3XUL All Messages By This Member #1523 Jim, I went into One Drive settings by clicking the little cloud icon on the bottom right corner.? I clicked "More" and then "Settings".? I went to the "Backup" tab and selected "Manage Backup".? From there I removed my desktop as a backed-up folder on One Drive.? After I did this the D-RATS Shared folder disappeared so I made another one.? After that I was able to start D-RATS.?? de N3XUL ?
