ATC-AUDIONET and Pandora Playback Stopping Frequently
I just received my first ATC-AUDIONET card and immediately upgraded to support the new Pandora features. I've left it playing in the office almost all day, and I have noticed that it just stops

Re: LC-24LE430M IR discrete codes
Sharp used to be pretty good, but I ran into a unit the other day that I could not find discrete for either. It was the LC-32SV29U. On most standard sharp codes I found, input 2 would send a freeze

Re: Locking button active state on iPad
If you are using crosspoints to connect a panel to a zone you must be initializing an analog value for the zone you want the panel to connect to when you press that "Kitchen" button. Look at using the

Re: TCP-UDP???
I think you may be right there and I was backwards originally. Just looked at netstat with Xpanel running on my desk here at the office (connected to my processors at home) and it looks like that is

Re: TCP-UDP???
I don't know the reasons behind it, but whenever I've tried to port forward using TCP only, it never worked until I selected "both".

Re: TCP-UDP???
Lincoln, wouldn't the loopback address be used when a CIP device is connecting back to the processor, and an IP/Hostname is used when the processor is reaching out to the remote device? I don't

Re: TCP-UDP???
I'm a little foggy on it since it was covered rather quickly at a Masters but I thought it was mentioned that anything that uses 127.0.0.1 in its IP table entry (touchpanels and the like) is UDP while

Re: Siedle DC-OEM serial protocol, anyone had any luck?
I don't know what you have access to but there is a set of modules on Crestron's US site called Siedle DCOEM that really helped me out. I believe they are originally from Belgium( which is where I got

Let's say "I've been there and done that" and had the confused look on your face too. Except, this was after Crestron design engineers designed a system incorrectly, twice actually. The first time

Re: Locking button active state on iPad
Thanks Nick, I guess I was wondering if I needed to add a load of interlocks and latches when crosspoints make the rest simple...if so that's fine, I didn't want to smother the tidiness. Keith

Re: TCP-UDP???
All are TCP. CIP (the XPanel and Crestron Ethernet protocol) is 41794 TCP. Toolbox uses 41795 TCP. There are also additional TCP ports enabled when SSL encryption is used. UDP is typically used for

TCP-UDP???
I'm always confused and probably doing more work than I need to when forwarding ports. I see that Crestron has four registered ports - 41794 & 5, both TCP and UDP. Which do I really need. Also HTTP -
