Re: Compile crashing
Ok I have an answer from Crestron, they have tracked down the issue. The issue is due to having user modules that have the same name as Crestron modules. In my case, I have a KeyProA.usp which conflicted with KeyProA.csp.?
The solution is to rename the user module to a different name. And its strongly suggest to never keep the same between user modules and Crestron modules.? The good new is engineering is aware and working on a solution.? |

The 'i' version is 433MHz, the non 'i' is 418MHz.

Just need to use the right gateway but I think Crestron stopped making the 433MHz CNRFGWA recently. Not sent from my flip phone On Feb 24, 2016, at 6:29 PM, kgossen@...<mailto:kgossen@...> [Crestron] <Crestron@...<mailto:Crestron@...>> wrote:

Wireless RGB Controller
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýAll ? At cedia I was excited when I saw this CLC-LEDPWM-RGBW-EX which is supposed to be an EX controller for LED strip lighting¡ so¡ still has not been released which seems strange.? Does anyone have any alternatives that have been successful?? I am guessing a Zigbee device would be ideal to get it to interoperate somewhat¡ ? Thanks for any suggestions ? Basic Sonos controls
I have a client with a 2-series processor that wants us to integrate 6 Sonos players into his existing system. Literally all he wants is the ability to turn each Sonos zone on and off and adjust the volume from a keypad installed in each room (presently used for lighting control only but I can add buttons). He does not want double volume attenuation where the Crestron controls a unit with separate volume that the Sonos feeds into. He wants the volume slider on his Sonos phone app and the keypad to work in unison. i.e the processor controls the SONOS volume directly. Does anyone know of a basic module that works reliably? |
CEC control of a Sony KDL-65W850C using HD-MD-400-CE
I have been given several HD-MD-400-CE units (HDBaseT) Tx/Rx units to configure with Sony 65" Displays and cannot get CEC working.? I have been trying to find CEC codes for these displays to no avail.? If anyone has this working or can assist with the CEC codes I would be much appreciated.? FYI these Crestron MD units are still only half baked for anyone looking into them as a low cost alternative to DM. Thanks |

Yep thanks. You know when you spend ages trying to get commas with a device you haven't controlled before?? You usually get there in the end but in this case I haven't. I have tried and exhausted every possible wiring combo and baud rate. Definitely had flow control enabled and also tried joining them at the device end too as someone else has suggested to me. No joy with it at all! Will see what the service company say but my setup was an DIN-AP3 wired direct to the device to eliminate site cabling.

VPanel directly into a DGE-2
Hey all, Has anyone else had the scenario where they needed to plug a VPanel (In my case a V12) directly into a DGE-2? You didn't need the extra distance to hit a wall box or anything? I have a bunch of cabinets with the dge inside and the v12 on top. the 6' cable is plenty to get where I'm going, but there's apparently a minimum distance for DMNet and TB suggests at least 20'. Other than just building a bunch of 20' DMNet service loops to clutter up the podium, what are your thoughts on taking care of this reliably? Thanks! Drew |

¿ªÔÆÌåÓýAssuming the MXW-920 gets programmed the same way a MX-980 does in CCP, you simply add a Crestron MT-1000 to your gateway and connect the joins according to how you mapped them in CCP. ? From: Crestron@... [mailto:Crestron@...]
