Re: Ptz optics 20x
What module are you using? The Sony EVI-D100 worked out of the gate for me.

Re: WOL not working on CP4
Yes, I said "maybe".?? Usually when something doesn't work in Linux, it is a permission problem.? In Thorsten error log, it had an "access denied" message indicating it was a permission problem.?

Re: Ptz optics 20x
Typically you have to send a stop command upon button release. IIRC I found a way to do it with a logic wave pulse I¡¯m the Cisco SX-80 module. Hope this helps.

Re: WOL not working on CP4
The issue is with listening on ports < 1024 (ie TCP servers). Way back in the annals of Unix, someone decided that only root should be allowed to run services on ports < 1024 - this is what passed for

Re: LiftMaster MyQ Garage Door openers
I have used this also, and it works well. I also tried the module posted by ckangis and it also works well so far.? What's missing is the status of the door or a change in the status of the doors.

I got a better idea. Make a script (batch file) that starts the app that will get the data. You have to experiment with getting focus to the right field etc. If regular batch script can't accomplish
