OT: Crestron DIN Rail Lighting vs Lutron QS
Hi,
I've always just used Lutron, except on two small projects, and honestly never had any issues with hardware. I've only had one repair in 10 years from a keypad the client broke when he tried to

Re: embedded video
What dvr is it? We've been working with ICRealtime on this feature. It's

Re: 3 series running multiple programs
There was a thread I started recently about the difference between the older and newer EISC symbols, and one difference I found is that the newer "Packed" symbols won't re-transmit an analog signal if

Re: MLX-3/Duplicate Device Programming
I own one, only because it's the only real option to use with my MC3. But every time I pick it up, I think about how short Crestron fell on actually making a good remote, when they could've

Re: 3 series running multiple programs
1 - I have 2 projects right now, one with 7 separate programs running on a PRO3 all interconnected with packed EISC's. The other with 5 programs on a CP3. Neither has any issues.
2 - like Chip, I

You dislike the MLX3? It is one of the few products in the sku that I adore.

Re: Leaf Audio HDBaseT Matrix Switches
Question on your 8x8 HDMI matrix switch:
Do you downconvert ALL audio from the HDMI inputs to RCA Analog L/R?
Example, input is BD outputting Dolby TrueHD, do you downconvert to 2 channel

Re: MLX-3/Duplicate Device Programming
So wait - there's an improvement to SIMPL Windows, and that should change how I feel about how horrible the MLX-3 is? :)

Re: 3 series running multiple programs
1 - My understanding is that the packed version is the current go-to for either 2 or 3 series. I've got two Pro2s chatting back and forth at the moment using packed.
2 - None that I'm aware of!

3 series running multiple programs
1. Is the ESIC (packed) the correct symbol to use with 3 series processors?
2. Are there any special timing issues encountered with ESIC within the same processor with whom one needs to

Re: Front panel PSPHD
I have noticed the PSPHD would lock up or miss commands when sent to many requests at the same time. Adding 0.25s delay between requests solves it.

Re: How to force a MLX-3 to load a new program
You need to assign it to the remote from the gateway menu. Then just power on the remote and it should load automatically.

Re: Front panel PSPHD
Is firmware up to date? If so, always pwr cycle it if you are having weird issues and then go from there. You may have to initialize and restore if both those options are available. If none of that
