Controlling a leviton Lighting system
Does anybody know the required equipment to interface a leviton
lighting system to my clients crestron units?
I assume there is the equivelient to the lutron Grafic eye for
leviton?
Or at least a

Re: Lots of sources-- would like some advice
Maybe you could think about using more crosspoint connections, think
about the destinations as equipment crosspoints rather than the
sources themselves.
When you connect your TP to the destinations,

Eeek! (and you're welcome ;) )
My advice would be to try to find a way to reduce the source selections to an analog value or values -- I don't know enough about your architecture to select a specific

Re: Batteries on TPMC8X
The batteries don't work simultaneously, they work one after the other. Meaning when the first battery is exhausted (battery gauge at half), it goes to the second one (battery gauge empty). If the

Re: CEN-RGBHV8X8
Have you noticed any delay in your video switching? Meaning when you
init the value (and have AV enter held high) that it still takes a
moment (enough time for the display to 'go blue') before the

Batteries on TPMC8X
I have a client who has TPMC 8Xs with worn out internal batteries. I am under the impression that the external battery pack has more juice than the internal one. Can I just add the externals and

I haven't had any problems with any of the CEN-RGBHV units. Great
build quality (Thanks Kramer) and dead-simple programming.

Re: CEN-RGBHV8X8
Don't let all the options overwhelm you. If you're just trying to
route signals, it's really straightforward. With Extron, you're used
to triggering a string like I*O! to route input "I" to

Re: CEN-RGBHV8X8
Read the help file for examples. You'd probably be most comfortable
using the Control$ serial input on Slot01, then you can just pretend
it's a serial switcher with a new protocol.

Re: CEN-RGBHV8X8
I'm used to Extron, Autopatch and Sierra Video and was a little surprised
when I saw the available options. An example would help get it clear in my
mind what's going on.

CADDX polls things in a tight loop based on the number of zones you
told the module.
Might have to insert a short delay somewhere to cut back on the endless
flow of traffic.

Re: TPMC 17 CH booting in wrong resolution
Have you tried loading the firmware onto a compact flash card, and then doing the update locally?

TPMC 17 CH booting in wrong resolution
Hey guys, I have a TPMC17CH that is booting into 1024 x 768
resolution, instead of 1280 x 768 like it's supposed to. I've tried to
reload the firmware, but it won't take it (simply errors out).

Lots of sources-- would like some advice
Been playing around on paper with a system that I have to work on
soon. Its going to be 21 video sources that will be routable to any of

Re: CEN-COM Falling Offline/Excessive Update Requests
1) Tape it to the switch???
2) With the unit on a switch, unless there is a lot of broadcast traffic, it should not be seeing much traffic. If it is broadcast traffic, maybe disabling it on the port.

I know sooner or later I'm going to go searching for it, and where else would I put it? At least I didn't include the IP address and password for the switch :D
Anyway to the original question...

Re: Refining serial I/O
At the risk of sounding stupid, it would seem like a simple truth
table would take care of this. When the string is received, both will
go high (or low) on the same wave.

These work exactly like any type of Crestron device. Use analogs to
select the input for a specified output. Are you having specific
trouble that we could help with?
