What firmware are you guys on? I know there's a minimum firmware to use Go on Android. Not sure about iOS.

I have had the same problem for a while and I have never figured out what I am doing wrong. I am having the problem with Android and I am at the same point as you, no connection and the IP never comes

Agreed with what Dean said to check.
Also, when you try to connect with the GO app, does the IP-ID connect but just the project doesn't get loaded or does it not even connect at the low level?...

In Simpl, do you have the Crestron Go project name defined to match the name of the project loaded on the processor?? In the Go app are you using port 443 for http port, 41796 for CIP and the ip

CP4 Processor. I have programmed logic in simpl using both the Crestron Go symbol (ID03) and Crestron App symbol (ID04). GUI programmed as Crestron App in VTProe and uploaded to the processor.

@ckangis My house is a YT Music house and I have had a few clients that ask specifically for this. Most of my clients use Spotify or SXM- at least those are the things they alwasy ask us to setup.

least as reliable as Crestron gear. In other words I manually reboot my DM
