CP4 Processor. I have programmed logic in simpl using both the Crestron Go symbol (ID03) and Crestron App symbol (ID04). GUI programmed as Crestron App in VTProe and uploaded to the processor.
User and password setup on processor in Connect group

On my iPhone, I have both the Crestron Go App and the Crestron App (Grey Icon). I have entered site detalis in the LAN box, have enabled SSL, and entered the user name and password. I can connect and load the GUI project using the Crestron App configured with either of the IP IDs, and the GUI is fully functional.

I cannot connect using the Crestron Go app using the same credentials at either IP ID.

I have removed and reinstalled the Go App. I have deleted and added the site in the Go App, and thoroughly checked the settings.

Still no joy.

I have checked the processor for blocked users or IPs, but none were found. Don't know what to do next, and I can't hand it over to the client as they have the Go App installed and I can't get it to work!

Any suggestions as to what to try next?
