Re: CP3/CP3N Requires Reboot

Those Data aborts must be whats causing your issue. Run SPLUSTASKS and look for a Thread ID that matches one in your Exception Data Abort errors- in your case Thread-Id=09e60146. You will need to run it before the program resets as the Thread ID will change when the program restarts. When you find a Thread ID from the exception that matches one in SPLUSTASKS it will show you a module location in your program- that is the module causing the data aborts and probably your issues.?

Re: CP3/CP3N Requires Reboot

Have you updated the firmware recently? I have found that the newer firmwares take longer to boot so if you have a lot of things tied to "1" or a modest delay after boot you may want to set a boot/initalize connections after 30 or 60 seconds. Probably a good place to start

Re: Sonos AMP Discrete ARC Access

Thanks, I will try them tomorrow and let you know.

Re: Sonos AMP Discrete ARC Access

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

Try these, if not I will try to post my IR driver tomorrow. ?For some reason Sonos took the page on their website down that had the codes. ?The ARC input is the TV input. Codes are same for AMP.

Re: Sonos AMP Discrete ARC Access

Your solution sounds perfect however I haven't been able to find the IR commands. Sonos factory support doesn't even acknowledge that these exist. Would you mind sharing the IR driver, it would be greatly appreciated!

Re: VT - PRO e

i fixed it by downloading and updating all my programs from crestron's website. After i did that VT-Pro-e rebuild my touch panels. an the opened correctly.

Re: VT - PRO e

I have exactly the same error today, but the weird thing is in the morning it was working well, and a couple of hours ago starts failing showing the same error message.

The thing here is, Do I have to update something else, the CP3, the TSW-760?

Re: CP3/CP3N Requires Reboot

Can you post a capture of what errors are being logged?

Hi

Even I am facing the similar problem in CP3. Could you please let me know is there any way to rectify this issue ?
I tried restoring the device and then loaded the program, still no change. The CP3 lags it self after 2-3 days a reboot will make it fine, but in the system errlog there will be 10000+ errors. I have no idea what's it trying to say.

It would be really great if you could help me pout here.

Having converted a number of web xpanels to smartgraphics xpanels they work fine. ? One thing we are currently seeing is the bottom being cut off on the panels when they are run on ultrawide monitors 21:9 aspect. ? On a normal ?16:9 ratio monitors they are displayed fine. ? We've raised this as a case and would be interested if anyone else has found any thing similar.

would prefer a fix rather than moving up a load of buttons on the panel layouts.?

Because of Flash end of life.

Check this Crestron link.

Re: Death of Xpanel 2.0 (Web) Smart Graphic #crestron #xpanel

I'm running into an issue where the xpanel conversion tool does not convert the ipid, has to be done manually in the host settings on the xpanel when you log onto the processor. Wondering if anyone else has this issue, I have a ticket into true blue.

Re: Curl formatting

I tried sending the BODY part of the message - below (I formatted it with \n for line breaks) in the serial send symbol

{

? ? "device": "AA:AA:AA:AA:AA:AA:AA:AA",

? ? "model": "H6141",

? ? "cmd":{"name":"turn", "value": "on"}

? ? }

So I made some progress on my front using the module above.?
1. I was successful with a GET command to see status - yay!
2. I was unable to send a PUT command and get an error.?

I am curious if anyone has an idea how to send the BODY part of a HTTPS message using the module, I think that's where the issue lies.

Hm, i?m running Adobe Air v32.0.0.89 which should work according to the KB article. But it?s not.

Regarding the cutoff XPanels, I think this is/was an issue with the Adobe Air version installed on the machines.

Re: Compile error after SIMPL update

This is OT (apologies) but the paranoia about DB200 is unwarranted (IMO).

Yes, it is a pain to have to migrate project modules(*) and if we didn't have to do it life would be a little bit better, but I think NOT making the move is going to be a greater headache in the long run.

For the sake of clarity:
The DB200 breaking change was a dependency update from NetwonSoft 3.5 to NewtonSoft 4.0.? This is often used in S# drivers that require JSON parsing.? If a driver doesn't have the Newtonsoft depenedency, then the move to DB200 is as transparent as any other DB update (yes, I accept that Crestron have broken things in the past, but in general DB updates are pretty solid - I'm also not drinking the Crestron Kool-aid here - believe me, I have plenty of reasons to gripe).

That's it - if your Crestron DB's are NewtonSoft 4 and your module requires 3.5, it won't compile.? If they're the same version, it will - it's no scarier than that.?

The large change in version number does NOT reflect a wholesale change as it might suggest.? I have to admit I may have some responsibility here as I discussed the forthcoming change with Crestron and suggested that a clear distinction in versioning might help identify which side of the NewtonSoft fence you were operating on - the unforeseen side-effect might be that such a big version change /suggests/ a bigger change than the reality.

There is no direct dependency on firmware here either, so you can certainly run a program compiled against one version in one slot and a different one in another slot, just as it shouldn't be a surprise that you can run SIMPL in one, SSPro in another, D3Pro in another and Studio in another.

Sorry to get a bit preachy, but I do think with a little bit of preparation moving projects to DB200 isn't as big a deal as some appear to feel it is.
Sermon over!
Ol

* That's making the assumption that updated modules have been provided by the developer - but any module developer should have done this by now (we had made ours available /before/ the DB200 release)
