Mark, You need to point the CCD symbol to the driver dll, not the pkg file. Take a look at this post, which includes screenshots of all the symbols needed to get the driver working:

I don't think VTPro-e ever did, I can remember that I always had to install it by hand. Before the dowoadeble installer existed I've used the one which you get when you compile a executeable XPanel.
