You need to point the CCD symbol to the driver dll, not the pkg file.? Take a look at this post, which includes screenshots of all the symbols needed to get the driver working:
The exact details may be slightly different for your TV model, but should be very similar.

so you don't name the pkg file, just the path? i use the full path & filename
