Re: Wifi Recommendation
Yet another +1 for Ruckus. The setup is simple (the Zonedirector has a great web interface) and the performance is staggeringly good.

Heath Simultaneous waits in S+ with the same wait statement, no. Have you looked into S# at all? I have not had the time to get too deep enough into it, so I can't quickly plunk out the code... As you

Re: Using a DM switch for KVM functions at the rack?
I would not do it with DM. I haven't been real crazy about the level of USB support (devices that work reliably vs. not even just within the "HID" realm) and stability. Stability is probably fixed by

Re: Wifi Recommendation
FWIW, the Cisco wireless solution (if you also have the network to support it) does not take rocket science to set up. I've done a couple (one "the hard way" the others "the easy way). Initial set up

Was it a real life test in the sense that the Wi-Fi network was loaded with other "client" devices, like the network will be? I've recently upgraded a client in a 5 storey house to Ruckus and even

S+ multiple waits
Is there any way I can spin up multiple waits for different events using the same event handler code? Let me see if I can explain. I have data come in, and based on that data I want to spin up a wait

Now what to do with all the Netgear WAPs? (Although I did revise my CF module and roamed between all four of the WAPs with acceptable results. Only one perceptible hiccup and one 10-second disconnect

On the more budget friendly side, check out Ubiquity. They now claim to have seem less roaming. I haven't tried the new FW features but they have been rock solid for me.

Another +1 for Ruckus. Easy setup and rock solid performance. There's a 2-part paper by Tom's Hardware if you're looking for some hard data that puts WAPs up against each other (hint, Ruckus is the

Re: Using a DM switch for KVM functions at the rack?
Yep- Option B is what I've done in the past - though we used the tx-300 flavor so client could have composite, component, HDMI & VGA inputs in the equipment room. Into this we plugged a Gefen USB hub

So, are you saying that these 10 panels were *exceptionally* slow, and the patched firmware brought them up to the faster, yet still slow, performance of the other 70 panels? Or are you saying this
