6 pin is a RJ12.... but some solutions are...... 聽a Crestron CN-RJ11, 聽 a 4 conductor(RJ11) phone cable will work since pins 1,2 and 5,6 are tied together(use CNRJ11 manual for pinout) although the connection seating can be funky sometime, or a Crestron C2N-HBLOCK. 聽聽

And another source (I have purchased from them in the past with no issues): You need straight thru RJ-12 cables. Note that telephone cables are crossover (and usually 4 conductor). You may have some results with "3-line phone cable" as well, but you're really better off just making your own as the majority of "phone" cables (and thus the majority of cables you'll find on the open market) are "rolled" e.g. pins are reversed from end to end

That is awesome!! It has been a while since I have seen a "new" piece with something on it already. Just move on. As long as it works what difference does that really make? I know it "should not have it on there" but do you really want to spend time going back to site, not to mention all the time on the phone.
