Re: Are there any IR drivers for ViewTV digital antenna box?

I also need this driver.? Does anyone happen to have one, before I ask the client to mail me the remote?

Thanks in advance!

Re: Neil's CH5 Example

To be clear, I don't know what goes in a start script or how to add it.

Re: WARNING! New FW 1.7000 may have issues...

I had no issue with 1.7000 on my test RMC3 setup, but the AV3 was another story.? After upgrading the error log starts filling up with a bunch of errors I've never seen.? After just 15 minutes there are close to 2500 errors in the Crestron_00.log files.? I even tried Initialize and Restore, but log continued to fill up even without programs loaded.? ?I down graded the AV3 back? to 1.603.0113, and the issue goes away.? ?I have a request into TB for help chasing this down, but have not heard back.? ??

Re: Phone Calls with TSW panels

Well, I set up the second panel just like the first one with same result.? Looks like it may be a function of the TSW-1050.? It may not be able to pull this off due to internal programming.? I have both panels updated to the latest firmware and still no joy.

Figured you were using on an iPad :) So at least the user/pass is fine, so that's good. Do you have another panel that you can test on? I wonder if it's just this one that could be an issue. If you can restore/initialize on that panel and or firmware update then apply minimum settings. If you don't have another to test with as well if you wanted to setup a test sub account temporarily I could also test with mine to see if it's authenticating as well. Now that we know the user/pass details are good then it's really down to device issue.?

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

As a matter of fact, I do have another panel.? Let me try that one and get back to you. By the way, thank you so much for your time and expertise.

Neil's CH5 Example

I don't have a panel to load Neil's project to. I'm not sure how to get it to run in a browser emulator.
I think I need to add a start script, but not sure, and is there anything else I need to do?
I'm new to html5-css-js and was mostly lost during Master's last year.

Roger that.? As is indicated by the login name, this is actually an active account on an iPad (I use Bria Mobile and I just checked and it can connect just fine).? I keep the app off so there are no conflicts.? I just removed the realm and there was no effect.

Yup 401 indicates authentication issue. is this sub account already working on another device? I would verify the user/pass with something like linphone (software client) so that you can confirm it's the correct pass. Also for testing you could setup a new sub account for testing. Usually for these issues it always came down to the user pass not being correct on my end. Using linphone or xlite I can always verify if those details are correct to narrow in on the issue. Just for testing as well I would remove the realm I didn't need it to authenticate to voip.ms.

Np at all. You can also use the main account as well but I was not sure if you already were using that and I think you can have multiple registrations but VOIP.MS does not recommend it. If you issue the SIPSTATE command what is the output showing? That's where I would start. What panel are you using as well? Is it 5x series or 6x? (not that is should matter but maybe a firmware update might help) I just tested this on a 760. Also if you make a change issue SIPRESTART to apply the change.?

Re: Phone Calls with TSW panels

Actually it does and thank you so much.? So this is my current scenario.? I changed it to the subaccount and then got on the horn with voip.ms.? They were able to see it attempt connection but when their servers issued the challenge, the TSW would not respond, essentially not sending through the login and password.? Any suggestions?

If you use the command SIPSTATE you can see that it will try and use that in the registration:?sip:xxxxxx_8@...:5060;transport=UDP>

I just tried it on mine and it will not make the connection if you have it set to something different that what is on Voip.MS.

Hope that helps :)?

If that's the case, then the files should NOT have been uploaded to this group's file section.? Mitch - please remove them.? Feel free to post how to navigate to them on Lutron's site, but if they aren't freely available for anyone to download, they shouldn't be posted here.

Thanks,

TSW 552 and TSW 752 Not Streaming after Firmware Update #crestron

Hi All,

I have a weird problem here, the camera stream of NVR is not displayed in the TSW 552 and TSW 752 touchscreens. The stream URL is 100% correct and also the program logic as it is streaming correctly in the iPad and iPhones.

Can anyone help with the above issue. Am i missing any setting in the touchscreen which will display the camera stream. Please help.

For more information, the camera NVR is Dahua and stream url used is rtsp://<username>:<password>@<NVR_IP_Address>:<Port>/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=1
