Np at all. You can also use the main account as well but I was not sure if you already were using that and I think you can have multiple registrations but VOIP.MS does not recommend it. If you issue the SIPSTATE command what is the output showing? That's where I would start. What panel are you using as well? Is it 5x series or 6x? (not that is should matter but maybe a firmware update might help) I just tested this on a 760. Also if you make a change issue SIPRESTART to apply the change.?
