Well, I set up the second panel just like the first one with same result.? Looks like it may be a function of the TSW-1050.? It may not be able to pull this off due to internal programming.? I have both panels updated to the latest firmware and still no joy. ?

Figured you were using on an iPad :) So at least the user/pass is fine, so that's good. Do you have another panel that you can test on? I wonder if it's just this one that could be an issue. If you can restore/initialize on that panel and or firmware update then apply minimum settings. If you don't have another to test with as well if you wanted to setup a test sub account temporarily I could also test with mine to see if it's authenticating as well. Now that we know the user/pass details are good then it's really down to device issue.?
