If it has been running fine for 3 years, and this problem started recently, then I'd be willing to bet that you forwarded ports to the processor, and it is being attacked by bots.? We used to be able to get away with forwarding unsecure ports for external access but they have all been compromised over the last year or so.

The most common issue that causes that is 2 fold. Either 1) the time clock in the processor is really messed up and the time is off and scheduled events are happening on their own, or 2) the vacation scheduler is turned on and the program is acting like no one is in the house. This of course is all assuming this is a lighting system programmed in D3

Hello everyone, I finished a project 3 years ago and now my client told me that lights turn on alone, He told me that he has been having that problem for a month.
Suddenly lights tend to turn on, in that house we are using an MC3, we have 2 CEN-GWEXER? and 68 keypads (Swex, dimmers, cbdex)

Does anyone has any idea about that problem?? Could you give me an advice??

Hm, i haven?t seen many modules with a better documentation – both in terms of integration/programming, but also regarding license terms and conditions….

On the product page it says explicitly you can download the eval version for free. It is fully functional, but only for one hour.

If you?re happy with, go for it.

Regarding integration, there a documentation (Datasheet) and also a sample program.

?

What else do you need?

Ah gotchya. I read the WW as Warm White instead of 2 separate channels.?

in that case +1 for going the sACN route.?

sACN is a standard of DMX over IP supported by many manufacturers.?

So what's the best proper solution for integrating Crestron with DSC Panels (PowerSeries)? is it still through an IT-100/EnvisaLink Interface?

What about module-wise? The one from the App Market?

I have used it a lot and the API is very easy. Setting up subscriptions is different but works very well. The small QR1 is very cool.

They are very easy to control! Xilica has pre built modules and a very simple API.

What are people's experience out there with Xilica Solera FR & QR DSP's?? I am also interested in their controllability. I haven't seen any Crestron Modules, will I have to roll my own if I want to use them?

Thats close to what i did to temporarily fix it, except i made it 10 instead of 1000 due to 1 second just being way to slow to update data

on the same function that calls CrComLib will call the function every 1 sec and refresh the value of what is subscribed.
I don't think that is the right solution but it works.

Security reasons. The cas-file can be simply opened with a text editor and is readable, who wants to store credentials in there?
