Mine was trash,
I specced it on a job, and the programmer couldn't get control of it at all.
I specced it onto another job, and our Crestron Masters Programmer couldn't get control.

Used Hercules, and found the string was fine. Checked SIMPL debugger, and the 'Connection Status' was returning a conneciton into the TCP client.
I would heavily advise getting a unit for the office to control, or getting a demo model.
