I have made sure each 4K Genie Mini has an IP address using a DHCP reservation.? ?That said, I still cannot connect.? Crestron says on the receiver go to Settings>WholeHome>ExternalDevice>Set External Control to Allow.? ?I do not find that option.? ? Any ideas?
