I?m using crestron studio, I used sound manager to import the mp3 file and got a "Play Sound Digital Join" number. Isn?t it supposed to keep it high for the entire time of the sound?

It sounds like you don't have all the ports open at the location you are trying to gain remote access from. You need to open http port 80, CIP port 41794, and port 41795, pointed at the Crestron
