Got it to work. Pull POE, wait for Crestron logo with scrolling dots (3rd screen in boot up for me). Once saw this screen pulled POE and reapplied. Same sequence 10 more times for total of 11.

Only if you were putting the archive on the processor. It's a setting in Simpl that needs to be enabled to auto archive the program to the processor when you load a program. Sorry for your loss!
