That¡¯s interesting, I understand you can access it via SSH but are you able to access via web/toolbox EasyConfig/Firmware Update Tool after rebooting it?

I¡¯d contact TB before doing this but it sounds like you could try to force a firmware update to see if it corrects the issue, even if it¡¯s on the latest already.?

BEFORE DOING THE FIRMWARE UPDATE,
Make sure the panel has a sufficient source of power. Otherwise the firmware update could break it even more.?

Crestron panels / interfaces are also known to act wonky when they aren¡¯t getting enough power, maybe it¡¯s a similar situation? Just throwing out ideas.?
