Hello, I'm having problems with a Crestron Home installation
Regularly, and for a reason I don't know, one or more TSW570P-R are disconnected from the system.
In this case I get the following error in the logs:?
For example : ?Error: SimplSharpPro[App00] # 2024-06-04 13:14:03 # ReceiveDataAsync: Invalid client Index 3 - 10.0.4.71:37316
In this situation, the touchpanel is completly black and not responsive.
It is not connected to the system, but it is still on the network (I can ping it)
The only way to restablish the service is to send a reboot via SSH to the touchpanel.
Do you have an idea ?
