In case this helps anyone: I've spent a morning of frustration not getting these to work. Crestron was of no help, nor Lutron. But Control Concepts, who wrote the modules, told me I was only the 1000th person to call them with the exact same problem - no TCP/IP connect. Turns out the current include4.dat v2.19.022?file is not handling their module's TCP/IP connection correctly. They sent me version?2.18.112?to roll back to, and that fixed.
