A complete shot in the dark, but one thing I'd check is the power status on the panels.


There's some information in the boot log (err plogcurrent) which can indicate an under voltage.? Obviously, we know thins from experience of a PoE switch that wasn't able to deliver sufficient power to the panels and the result was that they would freeze up.? Removing load from the switch resolved the issue.


This is what we were seeing in the log:

Persistent log contents during current boot:
HW WDOG: PMIC FAULT_LOG Register Content:
Watchdog Time Violated = 0
VDDOUT under voltage power down = 1

...


A pain - but at least it's an easy one to resolve if that's the issue.
