I posted a question earlier today about beaconing, only to find out that was the least of my concerns. I have several nodes running linbpq in the East Tennessee area and I have begun to experience issues with LinBPQ and the NinoTNC. On my test node, I currently have one NinoTNC SMT and one standard NinoTNC. Both boards are v4 and on the latest firmware however, both experienced the same issue on the previous firmware. Both TNCs are connected over USB Each TNC will send one beacon before acting like it is disconnected from LinBPQ, weather it's initiated by BPQ or by a user. There is no response from either TNC or LinBPQ following these events. I am still able to interact with the terminal and the HTML pages following the failures. Occasionally, I will see the error on one of the TNCs showing an error to the effect of the following: /dev/ttyACM0 could not be opened Please help me. Is there a command to abort a weak connection as a SYSOP running LinBPQ?

Hello All, I searched the group messages but before I commit myself, I wanted to ask the members if they think I'm going to encounter any problems installing BPQ32 on a Dell Optoplex 360 running windows 10. This computer model has a PCIXpress slot that will allow me to install a DIEWU multi I/O controller card (Model AX99100), yielding 4 ports. That would be cool... Hello I'm stuck! I have an old TNC-Pi3 that I want to set up as a Winlink RMS. I was able to find a copy of a bpq32.cfg currently in use on an identical TNC-Pi, so I just changed the relevant callsigns, passwords, etc. and thought it would work., but no such luck. Thanks in advance for your attention. I'm really stumped by this one. My BBS will die with a SEG fault at connect over my VHF port, but NOT when called over the internet (AXIP port) or from the keyboard. ODDLY, the RPi does NOT SEG fault when called over the air on any other aliases, but if the BBS is called from the node alias, the RPi will immediately die of a SEG Fault as it does if called directly. Dear BPQ-community, on my linbpq I have set up file-export to callsigns via the entry FILE according to the documentation which worked with no problem so far. By chance I realized it doesn't anymore, even when reverting some BETAs back to Nov. 2024 from the running version 6.0.24.70 (32 and 64 bit on four systems). Please, can someone check if this problem also exists outside my bubble? Would like to have Winlink Express using RF (packet) access to bpq node as for just sending and receiving emails from CMS. Got WLExpress to connect to node fine but no messages are getting sent or received. This would be for personal use only. Been at this for a while so I am curious if this is possible at all. John, Inline attachments like pictures between the text are just unceremoniously dropped by the BBS and deleted. This also the case for the html code. (Non-inline attachments are fine.)
