That might suggest it in running unlicenced. Are you sure you are using the call that is registered? With VARA HF you get a message in the status window showing if it is registered but I'm not sure if

Isn¡¯t FM9600 is setting a maximum speed limit in this config? It may be a suspect. I¡¯d remove it and see if it makes a difference.
