Messages not being marked "PF" after forwarding completes

Hello,
I have an issue with one remote BBS where after completion of forwarding, the message doesn't get labeled "PF" in my BBS - remains "PN".? This has been happening through multiple versions of BPQ - upgrades on either side do not fix it.? Fortunately the message does not remain queued, so there are no more attempts to forward it after it has been forwarded once.? Therefore it appears to be a superficial labeling issue.
The BBS log for a recent forward is shown below. This is happening only with the W9GM-1 BBS. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to get to the bottom of it.
