I apologize for my computer dropping out at 12 Noon.? I'll try to get that fixed before next week.
But we did cover what I had planned to cover for today, up to and including Colossians 2:8. My connection dropped when I started into the second pericope of Chapter 2 on other principals and powers.? Clearly, the Holy Spirit intended for that to be covered next week. ?
So next week we'll cover the remainder of Chapter 2 and complete Paul's defense of the gospel against the Gnostics' empty philosophies, religious legalism, and man-made disciplines.? Based on Colossians 2:18, we'll?also examine how the Old and New Testaments address the topic of angelology (the study of angels).? It should be an interesting session.
