Commanding PTT with the CAT interface takes the audio from the Mike
input, not the Data jack.? You have to key the rig from the specific
port the audio is coming from, or you'll get silence.

Okay, so I am making some progress.
CAT is wired and working, and RX audio from the radio is getting
to the computer and being decoded. I am still not getting any TX
tones from the computer into the radio through the DATA jack. The
radio keys, but this could be CAT doing that. The computer is
putting out the tones, because if I direct the audio to my
speakers I hear it just fine.
I'm at a loss.
