Re: Bus suppressors - extremely hot!
The necessity of snubber depends on the booster design. They are more
commonly needed on NCE boosters than Digitrax due to design trade-offs in
the booster design. I didn't think they were supposed to

Re: Throttle for YD7010
Those TCS throttles are great. Very user friendly and easy to set up.

Are those things the suppressor ?
AFAICS, the provide a 100W load on your DCC Bus... which I cannot believe seen the size of the resistor, that one takes maximum 5 Watts. Then we see a resistor with

Re: Throttle for YD7010
Iain,
This exact topic has come up repeatedly in the MRH forum. While European

Re: Throttle for YD7010

Throttle for YD7010
What would be a recommended wireless / IR throttle for YD7010? Any reason to go with wired over wireless throttle?
Thank you.

Re: Loconet compatibility with DR5000 and YD7001
It was a Digitrax BXPA1 Loconet DCC Auto reverse with detection.
It excepted the board I.D. ok. But never reported occupancy high or low over Loconet.
This was monitored with the jmri Loconet monitor

No problem, can happen ?
But I start to be curious WHAT did not work, and WHICH module we are talking about.
As i wrote below, it IS known that some/many Digitrax modules cannot cope with RailCom
