Xair standard nose gear

 

I just purchased a used standard and noticed there is a little play where the wheel asembly goes up into the bottom of the pod. Can anyone tell me what the problem may be and how to repair it

Sorry Mark, but Randkar in France is the only source I an aware of. I had some parts from a crash several years ago but could not locate the canopy which means it must have been damaged and discarded. Good luck, John

I took a pair of my brake shoes to a motorcycle repair shop and matched them in a catalog.

The new shoes were in over night and cost about $20 (Australian) per pair. No way I could have had the old shoes re lined for that - even if I could find anyone that still does it.

Does anyone know of a source of brake shoes in the UK or further afield for X-Air brake shoes? ?I dismantled my left hand brake assembly today to find what was left of the friction material lying in the hub.
