I don't see any explicit permissions in the site config related to
"overwriting an existing photo". Also, the "activity log" doesn't
show me your failed attempts, so I don't know what the error was. I
can certainly believe that it wouldn't be allowed if you didn't upload
the original, but I assume that's not the case here, and that you
uploaded the photo you want to replace, right?
Oh -- so I just went and looked at the Photos section, and it seems
you've created an album called "Singer 9W7 with bagel shaped bobbin",
with no photos in it. I'm guessing this is part of the problem?
We can take this debugging offline, if you'd prefer, rather than bore
the entire list.
