There's almost certainly a pull-through sitting
in the conduit...perhaps they wouldn't notice as long as you didn't break the
phone line!
Whatever method is used, we can't destroy the water, phone,
and power lines that are buried in the same area.
?
One thing I've been wondering, if I can run the cable thru
the same buried line that the phone uses now. I don't know how the phone
company would sit with that, the conduit and line is their property and
responsibility.
