May seem a bit arbitrary but we make the assumption that ittakes a turn for a building to collapse. The rubble may then be occupied in thefollowing turn.

I think Allan¡¯s view is well thought out and logical. Possibly over generous in the survival of crew served weapons, but for game balance, quite justifiable. It¡¯s the way I would choose to play
