It is a 10k pot with a switch at the rear.
Seems to be a scarce item, No luck so far.
But I live in hope. Must be some out there somewhere.
The part number is 311-1192-00.

I have a Tek 465 unfortunately the? Level/Slope? pot/switch is not working.
